Our highly trained instructors will educate and inspire you with a robust work-at-your-own pace routine, with programs suitable for all fitness levels - from the exercise novice to the seasoned athlete. You will learn how to get the most from your workout, so that you will feel invigorated, stronger and successful. 



Each program was developed under the guidance of an orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist to ensure a safe and effective full-body workout.

Aquarobics
- Shallow water aerobics

  • Work-at-your own pace cardio
  • Perfect for beginners to advanced
  • Lose weight, create stronger muscles, focus on the core, flexibility and balance 
  • Less body and joint impact than on land - perfect for pregnancy, compromised joints, back issues
  • No swimming required

WaterMotion- Group water therapy

Group water therapy is good for:
  • Severe arthritis 
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Joint replacement
  • Back issues 
  • Pre and post surgery
  • Deconditioned - looking for a gentle start
  • Increase strength, flexibility and balance using full range of motion exercises
  • Very gentle cardio

Deep Water- Deep water aerobics

  • Work-at-your own pace cardio
  • Perfect for beginners to advanced
  • Lose weight, create stronger muscles, core muscles focus
  • Zero body and joint impact than on land - perfect for foot and severe knee issues, compromised back that restricts twisting, and injured runners
  • No swimming required - flotation belt keep shoulders out of the water
